Ready to give your energy a boost and put a spring in your step? Join Stefania and Helen for a morning of yoga and massage. Helen will start the session with a warming, invigorating yoga flow designed to get the body moving, followed by Stefania who will introduce you to the techniques of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. (MLD)

This is a specialised massage technique developed in the 1930’s by the Danish practitioner Dr Emil Vodder, now widely recognised and practised in American and European clinics to treat a variety of different conditions.

MLD’s intensely relaxing effect masks the strength of the treatment itself. It is a very gentle, light touch massage that improves the ability of the body’s lymphatic system to cleanse from the inside out. Specific and gentle movements of the skin stimulate and increase the rate of removal of waste products, toxins and excess fluid from the body’s tissues as well as aiding digestion.

We’ll end the session by sharing some home made, spring themed food and drinks for you all to you enjoy before you go home, hopefully feeling rejuvenated and raring to go!
